Inspection requirements are defined against the released drawing. Identify critical features, datums, material condition, finish, acceptance limits and the records required with the shipment. Zhengna Technology reviews these requirements with the RFQ. The applicable checks, sampling plan, equipment availability and reporting scope must be confirmed for the part; a photograph or equipment name does not establish a test result.
Agree the measurement question before selecting a method. State the controlled feature, sample condition, acceptance limit and required record. The examples below are inspection-planning inputs, not a claim that every method is used for every part or that an unnamed test has passed.
Projector / Optical Measuring Projector: For profile inspection, identify the contour, hole position or angle, its datum and the drawing limit. Confirm the part orientation and record needed for acceptance.
2D Optical Measuring Machine: For image-based dimensional checks, mark the features to be measured and define the reference edges, measurement condition, tolerance and reporting requirement.
Rockwell Hardness Tester: For a hardness requirement, specify the test method and scale, material condition, test locations and acceptance range. A profile measurement is not a hardness result.
Spring Life Tester: For a spring-life requirement, define the installed condition, load or deflection cycle, cycle target and failure criterion. A tester photograph is not evidence of the supplied spring's service life.
X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer: For material or coating analysis, identify the material or coating stack and the specific composition or thickness question. Confirm method suitability, sample condition and required report before acceptance.
Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM): For coordinate inspection, identify the drawing datums, controlled features, tolerances and measurement condition. Agree which dimensions and results belong in the inspection report.
Different interfaces need different acceptance questions. Use the part families below to prepare the drawing and inspection discussion. Their photographs do not establish production capacity, cost savings, patented performance or a validated life result.
Define datums, mounting holes, bends, edge condition and finished-state fit on the sheet-metal drawing. Identify the dimensions and appearance limits that need records, including which checks apply before or after finishing.
Separate the hinge interfaces from assembled function. Identify pivot and mounting dimensions, mating parts, permitted movement and any agreed functional checks. Confirm the acceptance plan rather than assuming a capacity, saving or delivery promise.
Define the spring geometry, material condition and load at the specified working positions. If fatigue life or noise is a design requirement, provide the installed test conditions and acceptance criteria; no life result is established by this example.
Identify the rail mounting geometry, travel, mating parts and installation condition. Any load, noise, impact or cycle-life claim needs an agreed method, sample and result record. This page does not publish a tested rating for the pictured rail.
