This workshop supports shafts, sleeves, bushings, housings, flanges, inserts, terminals, fasteners, and complex precision components for automotive, medical, electronics, robotics, and industrial equipment projects. Key control points include material verification, dimensional accuracy, concentricity, thread quality, surface finish, burr control, and inspection records.

  Stamping Workshop

  Our stamping workshop supports custom sheet metal parts, brackets, clips, terminals, shielding covers, structural panels, hinges, and automotive hardware. Tooling, material selection, bend angle, hole position, springback, burr direction, surface treatment, and packaging protection are reviewed before production. This workshop is suitable for prototype validation, pilot batches, and stable volume production of made-to-drawing stamped metal components.

  Zhengna Technology manufactures custom compression springs, torsion springs, extension springs, constant-force springs, wire forms, clips, and elastic components. Spring projects are reviewed around material grade, wire diameter, load requirement, fatigue life, surface treatment, assembly function, and packaging protection. Spring components are commonly used in automotive interiors, sanitary hardware, electronics, equipment mechanisms, and precision assemblies.

  The injection molding workshop supports plastic housings, covers, brackets, structural parts, automotive components, sanitary hardware, electronic parts, and insert-molded assemblies. Zhengna Technology can coordinate mold design, mold manufacturing, material selection, trial molding, dimensional inspection, and batch production. Injection molding capacity supports both engineering validation and production programs requiring stable appearance, fit, strength, and repeatability.
