It begins with first-article trial production and inspection to verify the process, followed by batch production. Strict in-process inspection and quality control ensure the output of each step meets standards, leading to final product inspection and quality release.
Delivery & Closure Phase (Back-end Assurance)
This phase ensures the product is delivered intact and initiates the continuous improvement cycle. Tasks include professional packaging and on-time logistics delivery, accompanied by complete quality documentation. After delivery, proactive after-sales service and feedback collection are conducted, with insights fed back internally for process review and continuous improvement, thereby forming a closed-loop system.
