Square-outline washers with round holes
Zhengna Technology supplies drawing-defined stamped washer components. The approved photograph shows overlapping square-outline examples with circular holes and visible edge thickness. It is a reference for discussing a custom component, not a catalogue of standard sizes or a material specification.
Define the outside edges as well as the hole
A square-outline requirement needs more than the inner and outer diameters used to describe a round washer. State the side lengths, corner requirements and hole position on the controlled drawing. Identify whether an outside edge locates the part, clears a nearby feature or serves another purpose; none of those installed functions can be determined from this photograph.
- Specify the hole diameter and its location separately. If the hole must be centred, define what it is centred to and the permitted variation rather than relying on appearance.
- Mark the relevant seating face, edge references and any controlled corner clearance. Do not assume that every edge needs the same tolerance.
- Define thickness, material and grade, any required finish, and whether acceptance applies before or after that finishing operation.
- State edge or burr requirements at the locations that matter to the mating component. A smooth-looking edge in a photograph is not an acceptance record.
