Stainless Steel Deep-Drawn Housings
Zhengna Technology supplies drawing-defined stainless steel deep-drawn housings. These two real product examples show circular rims, central openings, cutouts and formed side sections. They show the supplied forms, not interchangeable parts or a published dimensional specification.
Define the delivered form, not just the outside diameter
Identify the rim or body surface that locates the housing. Then specify the central opening, surrounding cutouts, formed side features and the edges that must clear or contact another component. A similar outline does not establish the same seating condition or assembly fit.
Describe the required delivered condition on the controlled drawing: which edges remain, where material is removed, which surfaces matter for appearance, and which dimensions apply after any agreed finishing operation. The photograph does not establish a forming, piercing or trimming sequence.
Keep material and acceptance requirements explicit
The registered family is stainless steel. No exact grade, wall thickness, tolerance, coating or treatment specification is established for these photographed examples. Their surface appearance is not evidence of corrosion resistance, sealing, pressure capability or a passed inspection.

Prepare the housing RFQ
Provide the drawing and revision, material grade and condition, thickness requirements, finished geometry and tolerances, locating surfaces, edge requirements, finish, quantity and requested inspection records. Specify free-state or supported-state acceptance where relevant. Process responsibility, tooling, packaging, MOQ and timing require review for the actual order.
Use the rim, opening and trimmed-edge review to separate seating, orientation and clearance requirements before release.
