Custom Deep-Drawn Stainless Steel Sensor Sleeves
Zhengna Technology supplies deep-drawn stainless steel sensor sleeves for drawing-defined enquiries. The five examples shown have different end, flange, hole and notch features. They are evidence of the supplied product forms, not a set of interchangeable parts or a published dimensional specification.
Match the sleeve to its mating parts
Start with the surface that locates the sleeve in the assembly. A flange face, outside diameter or end feature may have a different locating job; the photograph does not establish which one governs your design. Identify the mating interface on the drawing, then relate the sleeve length, holes and notch positions to it.
For a side hole, state its diameter, position and edge requirement. For a notch, define its width, depth and orientation. Describe each end explicitly: open, formed, flanged, pierced or otherwise defined. Similar-looking outlines are not enough to establish the same assembly fit.
What is confirmed, and what remains to be reviewed
The registered product scope is a deep-drawn stainless steel sensor sleeve. The actual image shows five tubular forms and several interface variations. It does not establish a stainless grade, surface-treatment specification, wall-thickness tolerance, pressure rating, leak result or finished-sensor performance.
The sensor type, measured medium and detailed installation position have not been specified for these examples. A requirement for sealing, corrosion resistance, cleanliness or electrical performance must therefore be stated and reviewed for the proposed part; it is not included by implication in the word sensor.
Send the definition needed for a useful quotation
Provide the controlled drawing and revision, material grade and condition, finished dimensions and tolerances, functional surfaces, end and hole details, surface requirements, prototype or production quantity, and required inspection evidence. State whether the acceptance dimensions apply to the free part or a defined assembly condition. MOQ, tooling, inspection coverage, packaging and timing remain quotation items rather than fixed promises on this page.
Before releasing a drawing, use the sensor sleeve end, flange and side-hole drawing review to separate features that need a controlled relationship from those that only need a general shape definition.
