Best-fit project scope

This service is for made-to-drawing rigid conductive components that require a controlled combination of cutting, punching or stamping, machining, forming, deburring, specified external or approved finish work, inspection and protected packaging. Feasibility depends on the released design, material, geometry, tolerance, production stage and required evidence.

Zhengna Technology does not publish one universal copper grade, plating system, tolerance, current rating, voltage drop, temperature-rise result, short-circuit rating, inspection frequency, capacity, MOQ or lead time. Those items require current project records and the assigned electrical or system owner.

Component manufacturing boundary

Zhengna Technology can review the component drawing for manufacturability and quote the agreed manufacturing and inspection scope. The buyer or named system-responsible party should supply the approved electrical requirements and own current, voltage-drop, temperature-rise, fault, insulation, joint and complete assembly validation unless a separate verified scope states otherwise.

Route and external-process review

No single process suits every busbar. Cutting, punching or stamping, machining and forming are selected according to geometry, material use, tolerances, tooling economics and quantity. Plating, coating or insulation responsibility must be stated for the actual project. A finish performed by an approved external supplier is not described as in-house work.

Where an external process applies, the quotation can identify the required lot identity, source record, inspection and nonconformance handoff. A visual finish does not prove coating thickness, conductivity, adhesion, corrosion performance or dielectric behavior.

Inspection and release

Inspection follows the approved drawing and purchase specification. Agree the controlled characteristics, measurement state, method, frequency, report format, reaction rule and release owner. Do not assume 100% inspection or a fixed report package across all projects.
